do not recommend: wrong and incomplete order and no communication whatsoever

there are so many things wrong with this hair provider

i placed an order for x3 packs of the 28” french curl braiding hair in colour T530 and was sent x2 packs of 22” french curl braiding hair.

i immediately emailed the company asking why my order was not only incorrect but incomplete and recieved no response.

they say the shipping time is 3-5 business days but my order took a week to arrive.

i returned to the website to see if i could reorder the hair i wanted only to find out that the 28” T530 french curl was out of stock, leading me to believe that they had ran out of stock long before i placed my order and thought they could send me whatever they wanted instead.

if that was the case, they should have emailed me or communicated with me and it would’ve been fine. i would have requested a refund. but no, they don’t reply to email but have the nerve to ask for a review? i don’t think so.

i spent around £38 so you can see why i was unhappy with the package i recieved. i ended up spending £50 elsewhere to get the hair i needed.

this was the first time i tried using this hair vendor and i don’t recommend that you purchase anything from here. i don’t trust it and wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

i hope this helps someone out there who, like me, found this website close to their appointment and thinks it’s their best bet.
